USA GOLDEN WARRIORS Poomsae CampJoin us for the 2024 USA Golden Warriors Poomsae Camp - a special training seminar designed specifically for older athletes in the sport of Taekwondo Poomsae. As the popularity of Poomsae continues to grow worldwide, many athletes are finding themselves training well into their 50s and beyond. This seminar aims to introduce modern kinesiological methods tailored to the needs of aging athletes, helping them not only maintain but also enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall performance.

- Provide insights into maintaining and improving flexibility, strength, and overall fitness for older athletes.
- Introduce modern WT Poomsae training methodologies adapted for aging athletes.
- Share effective training techniques and periodization schedules tailored for older participants.
- Open to any black belt 18 years old & up - Though focused on senior training, any adults interested in these training methods are welcome
- Coaches & Referees are encouraged to attend in order to gain insight & increase their knowledge base
- Improve your presentation & develop your ring presence to a world class level
- Find out what judges are looking for in all recognized competition Poomsae
