Advanced Training Lessons
Private LessonsWe offer one on one, private lessons with any of our instructors.
These lessons are great for anyone who may be looking for additional training time to prepare for an upcoming testing our tournament. |
Weapons TrainingAs you advance through the ranks, we offer numerous additions such as weapons training.
Students may pick from a selection of our weapons and learn about the history and techniques, then apply them through basics motions, self-defense routines and creating your own form. |
Competition SparringOur most popular is our competition sparring class held on Friday nights!
Sparring class consists of warm ups, stretching, plyometrics, high endurance running and kicking drills and one on one sparring matches geared specifically towards competition at a much higher intensity than a regular class, geared to make you sweat! |
Poomsae TrainingWhat is Poomsae?
Poomsae is what we refer to as forms - this is a set of movements or patterns that consist of various fundamental stances, blocks, punches and kicks. Poomsae teaches a student balance, technique, coordination and self-discipline. As a students moves up in rank they are assigned a new form to go along with their new belt level. |
